This place can get a little chaotic. If you do a walk in, you might have to wait for a while. I have been going to this place to get biogel and shellac for many years and have walked out maybe three times due to the long wait times (sometimes they'll tell you it's a ten minute wait when it's actually an hour). Having said that, every time I get my nails done here I get compliments from strangers and friends on how natural and great they look. They also last a long time. So, although some of the technicians don't speak much English, they overbook and the place can seem like a zoo, I think it's still worth it for the price and the end result.
