This update is for the service department at Chapman BMW Chandler. Yet again an excellent experience. Matt K got my vehicle in on time and was finished faster than expected. They even performed a warranty repair in the time it took to perform the oil change. They were very friendly and had awesome doughnuts in the waiting area. Service of this caliber will make for many loyal customers.
