This is my first Yelp review. I know it reads like an infomercial, but trust me when I say that Tim and Gina, and the rest of the team at Community Tire Pro, bowled me over with a level of customer service that is as rare as a Phoenix summer day below 110 degrees.
On the strong recommendation of a colleague, I took my Camry to Community Tire Pros. She's taken her cars there for years and has only had positive things to say about the team. Since I work at Sky Harbor, their location is especially convenient; even more so when they swiftly dropped me off at my office at Terminal 3.
I brought the Camry in for its 60K mile scheduled service. I asked the manager, Tim, to rotate the tires and to inspect all scheduled items per the manufacturer's recommendations (I do my own oil/filter, engine and cabin filter changes). My beloved Camry came back--well, I came to it--with a clean bill of health. The icing on the cake? No charge!! Tim said: This was just an inspection; I'm not going to charge you for that. Huh? No charge? That's right, Tim said. I thanked Tim and Gina profusely, then ran out the door before they could change their minds.... :)
Where I come from, we call that outstanding customer service. That's also the way to generate goodwill and repeat business. Without a doubt, I'll be back.
