Shabu is one of my favorite things to eat, but I don't eat it that often. If this place was my introduction to it, I don't think I'd be a fan. One plus: I haven't been to any ayce Shabu places where you can order cooked appetizers but that's about the only thing they had going for them I didn't like any of the broths they have. The curry was kind of weird, which is a shame because it sounded promising. The quality of meat is really sub par. I've been to a lot of places that had the same price points and had a way higher quality of meat. They keep everything on a styrofoam with Saran Wrap. The environment is definitely not something they're concerned about. You have to walk up to the fridges and pick whatever you want so sometimes everything got really cluttered with all the styrofoam and 5 people. Maybe they should reconsider the concept.
