This place has no customer service at all! You're lucky if you get someone on the phone and when I did, was left on hold for a long time by Rhonda and disconnected after that. I called back and went to voice mail, left a message and the next day I received a call. When you go to their office, the person that did the check out (Rhonda) had an attitude and just hand me out the papers without an explanation, which I told her why can you give an explanation is not like I know what am supposed to do with that, I do customer service every single day at my job and then she started talking to me with no customer service skills and raising her voice. So besides the doctor, the medical assistant and the guy who did my Nerve Conduction Study, the rest are your worst nightmare. I don't recommend this place at all.
