We have used Renters Warehouse for the past 2 years with no problems. However, there were no problems for them to deal with. This is the only reason for 2 stars, and Matt was very good but the service end is very bad.
Now the lease is up and we have been planning on moving into our home, we cannot get anyone to call us with any information. After at least 7 phone calls the only one who responds is Matt who was the representative that signed us to the service.
The property had some damage and we expect to receive some of the deposit to make repairs, but to date no one will return our calls.
