They do get 1 star because in the end they gave me a full refund. Staff is not helpful in selecting frames, also unaware that certain prescriptions cannot be used with some frames. After starting over with my next pair, I let them know in the past I've had trouble with the bifocal being too high on the lens. They assured me these would be right. When these came back, not only was the bifocal too high, the rest of the lens was not nearly as clear as my old glasses. And they said they barely adjusted the Rx! Being disabled, I went there because they were close by. Sticking with my old glasses for now. Will try Pearl Vision next year.
