I visited gentle dental in scottsdale on 3/16/17 to see Dr.Kootman their Oral Surgeon. They had no problems retrieving my files from my primary dental office that is also a Gentle Dental. Oscar in the front office did a great job and was extremely efficient on getting my insurance verified along with explaining my portions for the treatment. I was able to get called back fairly quickly even tho the office was busy. Dr.Kootman, Linda, Balbi & Kye all did a wonderful job making my wisdom teeth extractions amazingly comfortable. I have visited this office before and have always had a great visit every time for my appointments. I applaud the office staff for making my visits pleasant and even quite fun. Thank you very much Gentle Dental Scottsdale :) if I could do 10 stars I totally would, this office deserves it!
