I decided to stop by here before an early morning flight to take a picture. I had read that the trail was very short and took about 10-15 minutes to hike at most, which seemed perfect because I had no intentions of actually hiking before my flight.
Well, as a tourist, I had no idea where this thing was and had put all of my trust into the cab driver that day.. He dropped me and a friend off on the side of the road, so naturally, we climbed the very large mountain right in front of us. Turns out we were more than a mile away from the hole in the rock..
Lesson learned- do research on the area before going and make sure your cab driver know what it is! It was very simple and easy to find once we realized where it was.
