I have gone to Nationwide Vision at different times for the last nine years for eye care and have never been dissatisfied... UNTIL NOW! I have been going to Walmart for the last two years and decided to return back to Nationwide, boy was I wrong in doing so! I have spent a total of $700.00 for glasses and contact. I recieved the contact with no issue, however, the glasses was another issue. The glasses I purchased will now be my 4th visit to the store today 9/3/14. When I recieved my glasses, the frames were defective, they ordered new frames, 2nd pair of frames were also defective. I was told to pick new frames all together. The 3rd visit (new frames), the lenses were not centered, when looking through the lenses my right eye was wanting to look to the left. The lenses were not the correct measurements. Nationwide sent them back to the factory.. for Nationwide to tell me the factor would not make new lenses because there was no new measurements and nothing was wrong with the new frames/lenses. The sales person is now asking me to go back to the office so they can re-measure. IF the measurements are exactly how the first order is, they cannot make me a new set of glasses... which again makes my right eye want to look to the left. Now keep in mind, I dont have a lazy eye or anything else. This place is a JOKE! I never write reviews for anyting but, this one has made me do so. I have never had the worse experience in my life. I am now seriously considering lasik so I dont ever have to deal with this again. Nationwide has seriously lost a customer because of this mess.
