Edit: They permit tasters, I found out later. The staff at the first one I visited were not at all, let's say "good", but at the second location I was able to determine a drink that suited me. Remember that it might not be the establishment, it could just be the jaded employee who makes your experience less than stellar. Try to forgive the person who is having a bad day because s/he works days at a Fat Tuesday in LV.
