I guess the second time was not a charm. I made an appointment for my two teenagers and once we got there we were greeted by a women that didn't seem interested in being helpful. Even though both girls had a 2:30 appointment they only took one. While my second waited and waited and all the girls were busy I sat there and watched people walk in and be told "just a few minutes, pick your polish" I finally complained after 15 more minutes and explained that I booked a double appointment because they couldn't drive and I didn't want to sit for two fills. The front desk girl was then doing something with someone's feet and when I commented on how they were taking walk ins but were 20 minutes late with my other daughter the rolled her eyes and said "gosh! I'm giving you someone who is fast. It will be fine" The upscale to gel was INTENSE and they even told her that she couldn't get nail art unless she paid for gel. I stepped in and all of a sudden they could do it. My first visit when the owner was there and watching was AMAZING. This was a joke. They acted like a nasty quicky nail place
