My experience with this store is rather negative. I've shopped there a few times during this Christmas season, and also returned one unwanted item. Whoever I asked a question seemed to be annoyed that I bothered them. One employee rolled his eyes when I started with "oh one more question" as if the first question was already too much. Returning the unwanted book was also a problem and I ended up with an unwanted giftcard or the option of paying postage to return the book for refund. Not what I expect and not worth going back to.
