I needed to get the boyfriends new Goodwill find suit jacket cleaned ASAP for the best friends wedding in less than 2 weeks. After looking on this site, I found this cleaners. I called and was told, on a Saturday mind, that if I brought it in that day, I could have it back by 5 p.m. on that Monday. Wow. It only cost $7.75 for the jacket to be cleaned (we paid $6 for a $500 Italian silk suit jacket. The tag was still on it.) and $4.50 for the silk tie we got for a $1.00. Not too bad. The counter clerk was very nice, if a little deaf, as I had to repeat some info 3 times or so. The moms volunteered to pick it up for me as she was out that way with the grams to take grams to cards. We almost got a bonus order! A woman's suit was accidentally picked up with my order and the clerk was insisting it was our order. The other clerk had to straighten the first one out. So, no 5 stars due to that, but other wise it is worth the trip for me from Fairview Park to Westlake for the rare need I have for dry cleaning. BTW: It is posted in the store quite clearly, ANY coupons MUST be given BEFORE you start to leave your stuff. If you forget, too bad.
