OMG whatever you do ....do not rent a storage room from these people!!! PLEASE DON'T DO IT. The married couple who are the resident managers here have some serious out of control problems. If you do one thing they don't like whether it is showing up to the storage at 10 minutes to closing time or if you park in the wrong place, or whatever it is they come literally unglued. It is like watching Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde before your very eyes. First of all she is super loud and super talkative and will talk, talk, talk, on the phone while you wait sometimes a half hour for her to finish whatever it is she is doing. Then if you piss her off for any reason (especially if you show up at ten minutes to closing time) she will come unglued. She keeps threating to lock you in for the night, and she becomes literally so angry that she screams uncontrollably at you. You are literally in fear for your safety. I was so upset and angry that she made me cry and cry. I didn't deserve that kind of pycho treatment. I cant understand why she is still working there. Her husband isn't any better. Moving is stressful enough so you certainly don't need someone who is crazy, out of control, and unreasonable to have to deal with while you are trying to move. I tried to contact the owner numerous times but it is impossible to reach them. I called storage solutions call center and they wanted to have me talk to the managers about my complaint ! I said why would I want to complain to the managers about the managers? Idiots ! And there was no other person to contact they told me. There is no way to go over their head so gee I wish I had their job because literally they can't be fired. And what's wrong with that picture? I have rented many storage units in my day and I implore you DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. If it was between putting my stuff in this storage unit or throwing it all away...I would throw it all away.
