As a new customer who had used PODS in years past, I was very impressed with Cool Box. The value they offer is amazing! The pricing is very upfront and includes four free trips for each rental.
Although I wish they actually had online reservations mentioned in the call center recording, the staff, particularly Carter, was very efficient and handled my numerous changes with no problem.
The best part of the experience is definitely the Las Vegas driver, Sam. He is very friendly and professional. He drives the truck and loads/unloads the container with amazing skill.
Although a month ago I had never heard of Cool Box, now I would never use any other portable storage company in Las Vegas!
