DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I've been here twice (should have learned after the first time) and both times they were absolutely awful. Both times I had made an appointment to have my oil changed. I drop it off and they assure me they'll have it done by a predetermined time. The first time I dropped it off on my lunch break and returned an hour later, the second time I dropped it off around noon and said I would return after work at 5. Both times I was assured it would be done. Both times I returned to pick up my vehicle and ended up waiting FOR AN HOUR while they finished. In the second instance, I wasn't aware it takes over 5 hours to complete an oil change. Once I finally got my car back, I discovered that they hadn't even bothered to turn my check engine light off.
Don't go here unless you're prepared to wait a ridiculous amount of time only to receive a shrug and a half-hearted apology instead of prompt service.
