I'm not sure of the name of the woman who picked up the phone today on May 15th, 2018, but she was flat out rude.
I called to ask to see if there was something I could do to avoid a late fee since i am stuck in traffic and trying to get there by 6pm before the store closes. And what does she do? Laugh. What a pathetic response. All she said was "you can try, that's all I can say." And laughs! I'll laugh when you get fired for providing terrible customer service!
Students have jobs and are short on time & try their best to do what they can to accommodate to a due date. when someone just laughs at you, that's very discouraging and annoying.
