I am so obsessed with this place. Even so, I drive all the way from Summerlin. The staff is some of the Nicest people I've ever met. I usually get nervous when I have to cancel an appointment because of how rude people can be, but any and every time i've needed to cancel they are so nice, so understanding and so respectful. That doesn't mean we should make appointments to cancel them, but things happen and they DO 100% understand that and try and work with whatever works for you. They give you the BEST prices, and the hair removal is amazing. The laser doesn't hurt one bit and with a package of 6-8 you're good to go. I give this place two thumbs up and know anyone who goes will be treated the absolute BEST. Oh and i forgot, they do have a waiting area with water, seeds and nuts, sometimes even champagne. I don't drink, but for those who do, it's nice to have a little something for you there. I LOVE this place.
