I live in Los Angeles and ordered 2 bunches of black and gold balloons and 2 large gold 4 0 mylar balloons to be delivered to a 40th birthday dinner party. The owner Amy took time to message with me via Yelp and also speak to me over the phone several times.
I'm so glad I followed her advice to add another type of star patterned balloon to the bunches to class it up; and they totally did! Prices are MORE than fair compared to other local party vendors...I called every single one on Yelp driving distance from the strip. Highly recommended!
