A year ago I moved into Chapel Hill and while it saddens me to say that I will be leaving, I had to write a review about my experience while I was there. I have lived in many neighborhoods and different residences, but never have I been able to say that I felt part of a community before. The staff is so personal and involved. They know most of the residents on a first name basis and can even remember where you live in the community. Since I've lived in CH the staff has hosted two BBQ's (with prizes), a halloween costume contest and a Christmas light decorating contest with rent money savings for grand prize winners, as well as a drive to donate supplies to local schools. The property also offers security that patrols the neighborhood on a nightly basis. I have never felt so safe or individually catered to as I have living at CH. And while I won't be living here anymore since I am soon to move into a home with my boyfriend, I will always keep this place in my mind and heart if something unfortunate is to ever happen and I am in need of a place to live again. I thank you for my experience and I know whoever moves into the apartment I once called home will have many wonderful memories ahead of them. Much love from the tenant at 1075!
