So I called and was past around from rep to rep. I scheduled an appointment with a man named Junior. They were suppose to come to my house today between 2-4 O' Clock. After 4:00 O'clock, we had no Burn's rep come to our home. I called asked about when they were coming and was told there was no appointment set. Then I was put on hold so this person could go talk to " Junior"... I waited and waited on hold. Eventually I just gave up and hung up the phone. It's safe to say I'll be calling another provider. Pretty major inconvenience when you're dealing with pest issues.
