What a poorly run company. You call and you cannot speak with a live person. They call you back and not right away usually 4-6 hours later. We made an appointment almost a week ago from 2:00pm-4:00pm. I took off work and waited. They called 5 minutes before 4:00pm and said the technician missed my work order and they have to reschedule me. Soonest they could get someone out was another week. They are horrible company.
