Seriously, the customer service is phenomenal! Army (sorry if i misspelled it) went out of his way to find the graphic novels i needed. Unfortunately he did not have any at his store but found he did have them at the other location but even while he looked he was still talking to me the entire time. so it was not that whole awkward hold music type of wait.
