BOTCHED SURGERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Had Upper eyelid blepharoplasty. I received approval from insurance after a week I called to schedule an appointment, they couldn't find the approval so I faxed it over, another 2 or 3 days goes by I heard nothing, called back they still couldn't find paperwork faxed again and a 3rd time. Pre-op appointment was with a guy who must have been new, he was explaining the surgical procedure and said we will give you sun glasses to wear home, I realized after my surgery I was given information for cataract patients! I still have a horrible scar on my right eye and Dr. Pizio took more off my right eyelid so it's smaller than my left eyelid, it's difficult to close my right eye. I went in to address these issues and she said "WE DID THIS FOR VISION" she wouldn't admit she did a horrible job! She said I could go into the office and she would pull skin down over the scar, well I'm terrified to that now. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO DR. PIZIO FOR SURGERY YOU WILL JUST BE A NUMBER IN HER ASSEMBLY LINE!
