Nice service in the store, but at the checkout were 7 people in line in front of the customer service desk since all registers were closed. Then the one lady there excused herself to answer the phone. This took several minutes. Not surprising that the store was almost empty. I thought the store in Albuquerque was bad, but this was a spectacular example of falling even below marginal business expectations.
