We had these guys out recently at our house, and didn't check the reviews first. After seeing them, I'm actually rather surprised. I'm not sure why my experience with this company was so different, but I had no issues whatsoever. They came out because our a/c unit had stopped working, they explained what sounded like a very small issue, after which we asked them to fix it for us at the price quoted. The unit works fantastic now, and I have had no issues whatsoever with it (been a week and a half). The technician that came out was friendly and polite, too. What more could you ask for?
