I think there are several things that are going to factor in to my overall score. First, 5 stars because they were able to assist me on such short notice. My original moving company had to cancel last minute and Class A swooped in to save the day. 3 stars because my 8:00 appointment was delayed by "traffic". Come on, traffic at 8am on a Saturday? I think they just wanted to stop for breakfast before heading over. They ended up arriving around 8:40. 5 stars because they disassembled and reassembled furniture. 3 stars because of their hustle- or maybe lack of. I was worried because my quote was for 2 hours so I started to help. They assured me that I should sit and relax while they took care of it- all while they were eating/smoking/drinking coffee. Sure enough, it carried on in to 3 hours. They were cool dudes, but that extra hour ended up costing over $100 more. Total for 3 hours, two guys, and truck was $388. Quite steep if you ask me, but it is what it is. Overall, I would recommend them for anyone looking to get help moving.
