Called this store just to see if they had a specific epoxy remover in stock that I need... the lady that answered the phone was obviously in India.i asked to talk to someone in paint she asked me what I needed told her I wanted to check to see of something wad in stock in the store...SHE ASKED ME FOR THE ITEM NUMBER...how do I know that??? Said I don't know and told her the brand she out me on hold and then said they didn't have it. Not having it is fine but I am am electrician and I know from years of experience with any supply store if you need something its best to get someone to physically check because inventory is almost always wrong. This is the worst kind of customer service. I can not respect any company that sends our jobs over seas to save a couple bucks!!! I will never visit this store again just on principle. EXTREMELY disappointed I thought this was supposed to be a great American company I guess not!!!
