Twice I revisited this store recently. The first time was before 12 noon and asked for a particular type of donut and was told they were out. I went back 2 weeks later and asked for the same donut and the clerk for some reason couldn't understand as if she was barely listening. After repeating myself twice and describing the donut I was handed something different. I once again told her what I wanted and she finally gave me what I asked for. It took 3 attempts for her to understand. She clearly didn't care to listen to my order. I do not plan on going back since the customer service is in horrible shape.
