The response below would have been acceptable and understandable 7 months ago. However not once during multiple conversations over the course of our business relationship did you or the operator ever state there was concerns or issues about 'stressing him. As a matter of fact she said the exact opposite. Seems like someone is trying to make up an excuse for bad customer service instead of just apologizing and thanking me for my business. Ethics matter.
