BEWARE!!!! Top Notch is not a good company for you to get you managment done. A lot of talk and no action when it came down to getting things done. I'm an out of state investor and they talk a great talk. I would not recomend them to any one. I also been asking for pictures that was taken and no reponse via email and text. They also close early and they said that they would be at the office but was not there. So my friend wasted his time going to the office to pick up my keys. If i were you go shop else where you will be much happier. Happy Managment shopping.
