I drove from central phoenix to old town Scottsdale on a Saturday night to satisfy a craving for German food. Their website said they close at 11pm and I arrived at maybe 1015. I was unapologetically that the kitchen had closed because business was slow. Not my problem. Either do what you say you're going to do, stay open, or change your website to reflect you actual practices. Update number 1 Less than 8 hours after I left my first review, I received a very nice message from the owner of the business. He agreed with what I said and changed the website and yelp to reflect their actual practices. He also offered to send me a gift card, going above and beyond. I will post another update after I've eaten there. But right now I'm upping their rating from one star to two.
