Took my car through the wash last week. Half way through, the wash stops for a moment. When it resumes, one of the brushes shattered my windshield. I reported this immediately and filed and incident report. Was told I would receive a call to see what they could do. Got a call today (a week later) and they stated it was not their responsibility and they would not replace my windshield. Really?!?! Their faulty equipment directly and clearly damaged my vehicle, they witnessed it, and still took ZERO accountability. You have lost a longtime client with three unlimited wash accounts. In addition, I will file a complaint with the BBB and spread the word about your shady business practices.
