I've been trying to pick up a particular statue from one of the manufacturers that distributes through a small number of places in Phoenix and, after repeated failures in working with a few competitors, a regional rep for the manufacturer pointed me towards John over at Phoenix Precast.
John is a delightful person to work with, well informed about the business and his suppliers and the entire process. He knows the products well, as I chatted with him about some of the prior purchases I had made from the same product line, as well as some of my experience with his competitors.
In a few minutes, I was on my way with my statue paid for and on order. John was able to get done for me in a few minutes what others had failed to accomplish even when I gave them weeks to get the job done. A very pleasant fellow who knows how to treat a customer, even if I've never spent any money with him up to this point.
I will definitely bring repeat business to this place in the future and make it a point to work with John again. Highly recommended!
