The most awful service! When the original person came out to measure and take the deposit he told me it would be 3-5 days. I called on the 5th day for an update and was told it would be another 5 days! After the 10th day I called and was again told it would be an additional 3 more days before the glass arrived. I was very upset at this point and the representative of the company told me that I was welcome to call another company at this point but the result would be the same because ALL glass companies in Phoenix order from the same glass supplier. Not wanting to start this 10 day process over from scratch I conceded to her story. (I have since confirmed this information to be untrue).
On the 13th day I finally received a call from the glass company saying that the glass was on but the vinyl that holds the glass in would not be in for another 4 days and they could schedule installation on that day (day 17). Well, day 17 comes and goes with no call and no glass!!!
On the morning of the 18th day, I called them and was told that they had me on the calendar for that day. The people at the office were rude every time I called. I will never use this company again!
