This is a first for me to write a negative review on a company based on never meeting them. In one of the reviews it mentions that they show up when they say. This is not true. I phoned Stay Fresh Pool Care and talked in length about expectations for pool service. We scheduled an appointment for Monday at 2:00pm. Mike asked me to confirm appointment. This is something new to me to have to confirm appointments with service companies that are making money from me to call and confirm. My hairdresser, housekeeper, doctor, etc. call me to confirm. On Monday I called and left a message asking for additional service and to say that I would see them at 2:00pm. Waiting, waiting, waiting and no one shows up. At 3:00pm I phoned and talked to Mike who said he never heard back from me and that he went ahead and made other appointments for this day and was too booked up the rest of the week to service my pool. He also expected me to call in advance which is unclear to me how far in advance I am supposed to call. Unbelievable. Are there any pool service and repair companies out there that aren't flakey?
