Really happy with my experience here. I went in for a pretty straightforward coloring (a few shades darker than my natural color), but if I ever decide I need ombre/galaxy/mermaid hair, Felicia will be my girl. She understood exactly what I was looking for and nailed it. The other aspects of service were great (spa water, attentive refills) and the price was reasonable. The only thing I wish I'd known is that they only take cash for tips. That's the kind of information your customers need up front! None of us want to go on a post-salon quest for an ATM; it kinda kills the relaxation vibe. Still, I'll be back.
