I usually have always gone to the UMC quick care on nellis, but I had never been here before and I wanted to try it out since it's close to my house. My son is 4 mo old and super sick with a cold, so I wanted him looked at ASAP because his pediatrician couldn't take him in right away. For starters, I let the women at the desk now I had a baby and I gave her all the details. She was very kind which is the only reason why I'm giving the place two stars. There wasn't a lot of people so I imagined it wouldn't be long, but boy was I wrong! We were here for 3 hours, and I don't understand why at all because once they took us in the doctor came in right away and everything was so quick. When the doc walked in, he right away said "I'm scared of infants were not exactly professionals with babies here you should take him to his ped." I was upset because he is a doctor he should know what he is doing, he should be way more professional, and they wasted my time when I could have been at home with my sick baby! I don't recommend it for anyone with infants.
