I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time. We checked in for a fun night and upon inspection of our room found that the bed panel was broken. The footing of the bed was completely off with jagged nails exposed. I immediately called down and they sent up an engineer who tried but was unable to fix it. Since they couldn't offer us a different room he advised we had been given a free in-room movie. Ok...I was concerned about the exposed nails as my son is little but moved on and went out to the pool. Water slides were closed. We then attempted to try their inflatable water zone, nope that's an additional charge per person. We then end up at the pool and wait over an hour for any of our food to be served. To top it all off, after checking out I saw a 20.50 charge on my card for that *free* in-room movie, AWESOME.
