Everything on display is fresh and delicious. Cant speak on the hot dishes or desserts. It seems like they have a bit of everything to run this place from morning to night from some dim sum dishes to rice and tong shui (desserts). Knowing it is a mother-son business, I give them another star. 1. It is not easy to run a business 2. It is not easy to run a business with family. Service is like at any Chinese bakery, not over friendly or nice but that's just their culture - quick and efficient - no bullshit. They do charge for take out boxes and cups if you are having it to stay then later change your mind to have it to go (or if you cant finish everything). Prices are highly than most Chinese bakeries given where they are situated, and what they offer, it's oookay. I highly recommend their milk tea and cheese tart. Those were my favourites amongst the number of things I've tried. They need to be opened earlier as a bakery. Thats all.
