Fantastic! Great repair on leather love seat. Had no idea what made connection with leather, but it caused it to lighten and feel sticky. Frank came in and within an hour looked like new. Will definitely take his advice and get sofa/loveseat cleaned and conditioned yearly. Saw complaint about returning email requests. Recommend if you dont hear back, telephone. I think he is fairly busy. I had same issue and phone call worked. This is the guy to call to keep your leather furniture in great condition.
