Very helpful staff-came out immediately to look at the vehicle for an estimate-very fair and explained exactly what needed to be repaired and how it would be done. Office staff is also very polite and accommodating. Jim (general manager) was always willing to work out special arrangements for the pickup time at a convenient time. Accepted the vehicle with minimal difficulty and I was relieved because I needed a quick repair and did not want to be concerned about it. Result-the vehicle looked like brand new!!! (bumper repair)-located centrally on Flamingo near Decatur so convenient as well-overall -when there is usually a concern over having a quick repair with minimal difficulty-this is an excellent place for a collision repair.
