The service call at the time of this review was just under $80. A true inspection would have meant draining the pool, and cost more, but the $80 on the service call can be applied towards that inspection if necessary. For us, it wasn't necessary. I forget the guy's name who came to the house, but he was great. We went over many different leak possibilities, until we found the culprit. (Our spa was leaking over the edge and into the ground). I am renting and did not know a lot about the pool, but the service guy was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I followed what he was saying and learned a lot about our pool. $80 might be much for a service call if it's something simple, but for us, it was just what we needed.
