I've purchased several times through Ashley Furniture from multiple locations, since we are military, and I have NEVER had Ashley Furniture NOT stand behind their saying "we will beat any competitor's advertised price by 20% or it's FREE!" I went back and forth with the manager Shirley who absolutely refused to match the advertised price for item # PKD442-25/01 Larchmont Dining Table and 6 chairs. The advertised price was $997 from a local competitor with free delivery. The sales associate, Tim Avie, was wonderful going back and forth for me but Shirley absolutely wouldn't beat the competitor's price. I am extremely disappointed that we spent hours dealing back and forth with her on the 4th of July missing the event on Luke AFB because of it. It is completely wrong that a company will NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR ADVERTISED SLOGAN. We will be telling all of our military friends and local friends to avoid this Ashley Furniture store and take their business elsewhere. So disappointed with this company.
