They came out to repair our AC 3 separate times! Just today completed the third time- hopefully the last!!! How incompetent! Then they say they gonna call before they come to narrow a time down & if you don't answer (cuz like your busy @ work) they leave a message stating the appointment has to be rescheduled cuz policy doesn't permit that they do their job unless someone answers the phone! So why didn't they call today before just showing up??? Then the techs walk into my house like they own it with an attitude- cuz I had to go off on the office staff for making me wait for them on sat the third scheduled date only to tell me it's for Sunday- even when I called them to Confirm! So obviously they already felt some type of way about coming to my house! After the work was complete they basically walked out without saying a word! Oh and don't expect to keep your carpet clean cuz they do not put on shoe protectors & they are supposed to! Unprofessional...
