Love DSW just not this location. I'm so loyal to dsw that I always have a coupon when I go shop bc I buy so much. My foot is big and they accommodate plus are fashionable. But I was followed around the whole time, kept getting asked "do u need help". I wouldn't of thought much of it but I was the only one they were doing it to. Thing is I was exchanging shoes so I pretty much had a free $43 to spend there but after that experience I just returned them. I worked in a shoe store for 3 years and I know the "pushy saleswoman" routine all too well and I also know that "returns" hurt their numbers so I try to always exchange or get a gift card but this time I just wanted my money back so I could spend it elsewhere.
