I have had three encounters at the Apple Store at the South Hills Village Mall, I can say that I have experienced without a doubt the best customer service I have ever had from the staff in this store. We had a pretty significant issue with our phone carrier, we went to Apple looking for help as we wanted better devices and a better quality phone plan. The staff listened to our frustrations and sprung into action working with us until after the time the store closed to ensure that we had everything we needed and were satisfied with our new products; they even took the time to show us how to use them. And never once were they trying to rush us out the door. I want to give an extra special shout out to the individuals that helped up directly; Laura from sales, Seth from sales and Natalie from sales. Tom was the manager on duty and was also helpful. Way to go Apple you have top notch staff and customer service, I will never go elsewhere for my cellular needs.
