i have really bad neck/upperback/shoulder pain from typing at a desk all day and overall bad posture so i get shooting nerve pain/numbness pretty frequently. i always thought massages were a treatment and not a cure for this pain but when i went to karyn for the first time, i immediately felt better afterwards and felt like my back pain was actually cured! i can really feel her rolling the muscles out. overall, when im finished, i feel like a new person which is amazing. however, i recently graduated so i'm back in the suburbs and i have tried several massage places around here all of which are subpar to karyn's massages. i still visit champaign often stopping by here each time because it's honestly worth it. my mom has also gotten a massage from lucas which she said was good as well. the price is reasonable considering what she can do for you/how effective it is. i normally get the 30 minute basic massage therapy and even that makes a huge difference. i dont get the pain for about 2 months before work catches up to me again. i highly recommend this place. the rooms are clean, smells good and very relaxing and karyn makes sure to follow up which is very personable.
