I have been coming to this dentist office for five years now. I just had a very bad situation. The staff that works up front are nice coming in and very rude and unpleasant on the way out. I paid the copay amount that was requested at time of service for my daughter and then they sent me a $850+ bill four months later and I have been trying to pay this balance down. Ive paid more than half of this balance.They allowed me to bring the children in for their exams and preventive care because it was covered by my insurance plan and that they can bill them for services. My son needs dental work done as in PAIN and I requested his medical records to get him treatment right away and THEY will not release them to me until I pay the balance in full. My son is in pain and all they want is the money. Its really not about the child its really about the money.I have pulled my three children from this office and so have my four friends. This behavior is unacceptable.
